Two things matter here. You own the assessment report. We own the models. Everything below expands on that.
What the assessment delivers
One day of on-site capture, five working days of analysis, and a written report with a decision meeting. The scope and the fee are fixed on the scoping call before any work starts.
The report states findings, the evidence grade behind each one, and the conditions under which we would tell you to stop. A recommendation not to deploy is a valid outcome and is delivered in full.
Who owns what
You own the report, the thermal imagery captured at your site, and the measurements taken from it. You may share them with an insurer, a contractor or an auditor without asking us.
We own the models, the calibration method, the software and the evidence-grading framework. Nothing in an assessment transfers a licence to those.
We do not use your site imagery to train models unless you agree to it separately, in writing, for a named purpose.
Limits of what we promise
A thermal measurement is evidence, not a guarantee. We report what the instrument measured under stated conditions, and we state where it fails.
We do not warrant that a deployment prevents a fire, a disease outbreak or a crop loss. Our liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited in law.
Governing law
The law of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction.
