The assessment

Four steps. Six working days end to end.

  1. Scoping call, 30 minutes

    You describe the buildings, the crop or the herd, and what is going wrong. We tell you whether thermal is the right instrument. Sometimes it is not, and we say so on the call. The fee is agreed here, before anything is invoiced.

  2. On-site capture, one day

    Handheld and temporary fixed capture across your priority assets. Electrical panels under load, house climate at the hours that matter, canopy in the correct measurement window. Emissivity, distance, angle and ambient conditions recorded for every frame.

  3. Analysis, five working days

    Calibrated processing. Findings ranked by estimated cost, with the thermal evidence attached to each. Anything we cannot support at Proven or Emerging grade is labelled as such.

  4. Report and decision meeting, 60 minutes

    A written report you own outright, whether or not you buy anything else.

What does it cost?

A fixed fee, agreed on the scoping call before any work starts. It depends on the number of buildings and the travel involved, and nothing else.

What if thermal is the wrong tool for my problem?

We tell you on the scoping call, before you pay. Several of the most-marketed thermal applications do not hold up, and we would rather say so than sell one.

Is the fee refundable?

It is credited in full against deployment if you proceed within 90 days. If you do not proceed, you keep the report.

How much disruption is the visit?

One day, no production interruption. Electrical inspection needs equipment under normal load, so nothing should be shut down.

Who should be there?

Whoever can act on the findings. Usually maintenance for infrastructure, the grower for crops, the house or herd manager for livestock.
